And he said to them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send laborers into his harvest." (Luke 10:2)

CMS exists to glorify God by training future pastors, missionaries, and leaders for the Church of Christ in the world, particularly in the 10/40 Window, including Southeast Asia. 

 

CMS is not simply an educational institution but a community of believers aspiring to be disciples of Christ who are committed to the Great Commission. CMS aims to train its students for not only theological learning but spiritual maturity and Christ-like character transformation through rigorous academic and spiritual training schedules demanding a disciplined lifestyle from the students.  

 

Since CMS, located within the 10/40 Window, is keenly aware of the intensity of spiritual warfare, it is seriously committed to equipping its students to be soldiers of Christ to take the gospel of the kingdom of God even to the most challenging areas. The training offered by CMS is to transform its students into a person of the Bible, a person of prayer, and a witness of Christ, foundational to Christian life and ministry.
